We have received our shipment of the new 2023-2024 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. The guidelines shown here are for the general public ages 12 and up.
We currently only have Moderna Vaccine (no Pfizer) for ages 12 and up (no pediatrics) we will post updates if/when other options become available. If you are moderately or severely immunocompromised additional doses may be required, please call to speak with one of our nurses for more details on the recommended vaccination schedule for immunocompromised individuals. COVID-19 Testing
COVID-19 Testing Updates:
Rapid Tests: As of 12/1/23 CCHD has depleted our stock of COVID-19 rapid tests and will no longer offer rapid testing at our facility at this time.
PCR Tests: CCHD will continue to provide PCR tests (these are tests that are sent out to a lab to process). Insurance will be billed for these tests and patient is responsible for any unpaid portion. Please note insurance companies are not required to cover the cost of testing, please check with your insurance provider prior to testing.
Home Tests: We currently have free home test available for pick up in our front foyer.
