In Memory of Richard Bay
The Crawford County Health Department and the Crawford County Board of Health lost a dear family member on October 30, 2008. Richard "Rich" Bay was a vital part of CCHD for over thirteen years. Rich was a Licensed Environmental Health Practitioner and served as Environmental Health Director until his retirement in January of 2008. He was very dedicated to the Department and instrumental in its growth. We reflect on our memories of Rich and it warms our hearts, just as he did. We will treasure the time we had with Rich - always.
